- A hospital that provides free DIAL 105 service can recover its initial capital investment very soon., sometimes after attending just 15/20 calls. In some cases, gross revenues have gone up three to four times.

- Most hospitals have their own ambulances and can easily take up the responsibility of attending to DIAL 105 calls. Depending on the area there are usually only one or two calls a day.

- Usually it takes 30 to 45 minutes to attend a call. Thus, the staff and the ambulance will not be available to the hospital for just about one hour every day.
