Hospitals:
- Hospitals wishing to take up the DIAL 105 service have to pledge to render free expert medical aid in case of cardiac emergencies to all citizens. The Rotary Club will not charge anything for the allotment.

- Hospitals should be generous and service-minded in approach and be prepared to serve the people happily and willingly. This expert service has to be rendered to citizens free of cost.

- Participating hospitals will have to sign a MOU ( a Memorandum of Understanding) which will incorporate the basic philosophy of service to the people. i.e. Service with a smile and without any overt or covert selfish motive.

- Once the patient has been stabilised, the responsibility of the HEART BRIGADE ends. A patient is free to choose any ICCU and has to abide by its rules. The Rotary Club will have nothing to do with it.
