Rotary Clubs:
- Rotary Districts in India can receive a brochure of this service along with a request to the Governor to appoint a District Committee to assess the need and the viability of a HEART BRIGADE and the DIAL 105 service.

- The allotment of the special emergency telephone number 105 will be in the hands of the Rotary Clubs in the cities/towns where the service is started. They will have to act as a monitor and guard against misuse.

- Rotary Club presidents will have to approach the respective MTNL/DOT offices, inform them that the number 105 has been reserved all over India for HEART BRIGADES, and get the lines installed in hospitals.
